The Medical MAX3D is an FDM 3D printer designed for producing 3D dental models. It was developed in close collaboration with practicing dental technicians and optimized for use in orthodontic and dental laboratories.
The 3D-files for the printed models is captured using an intraoral scanner. The resulting digital model is then prepared for printing and printed on the Medical MAX3D.
We are also happy to provide instructions and training for this process upon request when you purchase your Medical MAX3D.
The Medical MAX3D features a secure touchscreen display on the front of the device, which can be used to adjust a wide range of settings.
At the same time, the Medical MAX3D can also be controlled remotely. This allows you to start, manage, and monitor prints—all from the comfort of your desk.
The print files themselves can also be sent to the printer either via the display's USB port or digitally via its personal web interface.
The Medical MAX3D has external dimensions of 72 x 40 x 65 cm.
Since you need access to the back of the device to change or replenish the material, we recommend using a freestanding table or a sturdy cabinet. However, the device can also be positioned on a narrower sideboard by rotating it 90 degrees.
NoThe Medical Max does not require its own room or a specially ventilated work area.
The materials (in the Filadental line) do not emit any particles or VOCs before or after processing.
To ensure low emissions during the printing process, the Medical MAX3D is equipped with a HEPA particle filter and an activated carbon filter to capture VOCs.

The Medical MAX3D can process all standard FDM filaments at nozzle temperatures of up to 300°C. These include PLA, ABS, PETG and all materials in the Filadental range, including those containing hard plaster.
The latter are particularly suitable for use in dental practices and laboratories. You can find out more under Applications.

Unter unserem Refurbishment Service verstehen wir die kostenfreie, vollständige Runderneuerung Ihres Medical MAX3D nach 12 Monaten ab Kaufdatum.
Hierbei wird ihr Medical MAX3D von unseren ausgebildeten Fachkräften einer umfassenden Durchsicht unterzogen. Anschließend werden alle relevanten Verschleißteile ausgetauscht und etwaige erkannte Mängel am Gerät behoben.
Selbstverständlich beinhaltet das Workflow-Versprechen, zu dem der Refurbishment Service gehört, auch die kostenfreie Abholung und Rücksendung an Ihren Standort.
Auf Wunsch kann gegen eine Servicepauschale ein weiteres Refurbishment nach 24 Monaten ab Kaufdatum gebucht werden.
Ebenfalls, auf Anfrage, statten wir Sie für die Zeit des Refurbishments gern mit einem Leihgerät aus, sodass Sie ununterbrochen weiter von den Vorteilen des Medical MAX3D profitieren können.
